FARM-TO-TABLE

Enjoy our seasonally rotating menu inspired by the traditional dishes of the Alps and Mediterranean prepared fresh daily by Chef Tim and our team. We source our meats, eggs and produce from local farmers and cook exclusively using olive oil, beef tallow, avocado oil, butter and clarified butter. Our breads are house-made using 100% Italian flour.
